THANK YOU FOR SUPPORTING OUR SMALL MONTANA BUSINESS
By choosing to visit the Complete Fly Fisher, you are supporting a community. When you stay with us, you directly contribute to the well-being of our team of passionate hospitality professional, our local fishing guides, our local community, the charities and not for profit organizations that CFF supports, and the many small and medium sized businesses that supply the lodge. Farmers and ranchers, artists, the local communities of Butte, Dillon and Wise River, and countless other businesses, families and individuals are supported by places like the Complete Fly Fisher.
Although our seasonal business is a summer operation, deposits collected throughout the year support year-round projects such as infrastructure upgrades, team training and full-time employees, and our ongoing charitable initiatives. As you will therefore understand, cancellations have an immediate and negative impact on our team and community. Our terms and conditions reflect our commitment to our community and our respect for our guests.
PAYMENT POLICY
Our rates include meals, accommodations, fully stocked bar, and guided fishing. We provide rods and reels, waders, flies and terminal tackle. Not included are fishing licenses, transportation to and from the lodge, and gratuities for guides and staff (see below for guidelines)
All bookings require a 50% deposit and the remaining 50% is due 90 days before arrival. This deposit is fully refundable up to 90 days before arrival. Cancellations made less than 90 days before arrival will forfeit full payment (100% of total) unless a full paying guest comes in their place. We highly recommend travel insurance because we will not be able to return your payment if you must cancel.
Guests that would like to rebook their same reservation for the following year must place a $1000 deposit before departure. CFF will contact you after the season to request the remainder of the 50% deposit. If you must cancel a trip and you would like to retain the right to those dates for the following season, you must send replacements at full price. And those guests must understand that they will not have the right to book those dates.
Gratuities for the lodge staff are pooled together and shared by the entire staff because they all contribute to your quality experience. Most of our guests put 10% of their reservation toward this pool, and this can be put on your bill and paid at the end of your stay. Our fishing guides receive an average of $200 per day per trip (1-2 anglers) and prefer to be paid in cash or personal check. They can be tipped daily (best) or at the end of the last day of fishing. These are guidelines and guests should tip what they feel is appropriate.
We thank you for choosing to stay at the Complete Fly Fisher. We are a team of professionals committed to creating a great experience for our guests while enjoying a fishery that we genuinely love.
